Yey, I collected my new car today, first BMW and first new car, so very excited! Its replaced a trusty and reliable RangeRover Sport, and I hope the D3 will be as good an all-rounder, with a bit of added performance.
Had the front end PPF'd at Paintshield before I collected it today, after a detail, so the pics below are of it at its cleanest! Only a tentative 200 miles so far, and it needs to be run in...so no heroics with it just yet.

Thanks folks. Im probably a bit too old for an 'M' car, and I needed something that I can put the dog in, so this fitted the bill.
Here you go Freds, just the standard leather (as I went a bit crazy with other options), with piano black trim. I appreciate the Saddle Brown may divide opinion, but I think its a nice contrast and makes a change to having Black. I really don't get on with gloomy interiors, so the sunroof is really just to add some light.

Thanks all, I'll post some updates in this thread in a month or so for anyone that's interested, once I've run it in and had some more time behind the wheel.
Its an LCI car but the guys at Sytner painted the kidney grill black for me (like the pre-facelift cars) as I preferred that to the chrome style grill they all come with now.
Other options from what I can remember off the top of my head (I ordered it 6 months ago, so Ive probably forgotten some):
Pro Nav
HK Speakers
HUD with speed limit display
Sunroof
LSD
Piano Black Trim
LED Adaptive headlights with high beam assist
Comfort access
Folding Mirrors
Black headlining
Front and rear sensors and camera
Gear change via Paddles not buttons (sorry to the Alpina traditionalists...)
Erm...I think that's it.

Looks beautiful, great colour combo. Would love to know what options you went for? And I'll say that I really like the silver window surround I've over the typical black shadow line. Looks great!
Cheers Polynesian, going for Brown leather took a lot of deliberating over. A few years back I wouldn't have even considered the silver window surround (I prefer the black optics pack on Audis for example), but I like the matt aluminium finish with the grey bodywork, and got the roof rails to match too.Its an LCI car but the guys at Sytner painted the kidney grill black for me (like the pre-facelift cars) as I preferred that to the chrome style grill they all come with now.
