Step-son has turned 21. Still not passed his test. Time to get serious - especially as he gets 50% off his insurance.

Hoping that this waiting for him will speed along the way.

2004 1.6SE. 79k. Loads of kit - and it all works - sunroof, ac, auto lights & wipers, folding mirrors etc. 6 speed. It is quite sedate. I think it needs a service....

Drives very very well. No wobbles, vibrations etc.

Looks neat. Why does he get 50% of his insurance?

Nice perk in today's climate.

Clean base for a car there, hope it treats you well.

He passed his trust. Eventually.

Car still works just about, but he’s pretty much wrecked it in the last 4 months.

Not helped by him leaving the handbrake off and it rolling into a neighbours house..

Maybe it's just as well the photos are blurred then!

But 50% discount - no wonder the rest of us have to pay so much for insurance.

I worked for a general insurer from 1977 to 1988 and we only got 10% discount then 15% for commission on motor insurance - but if you knew the right people you could get some good deals. laugh
