Anyone any views on the E250, 2013 model?
Anyone know why we should not be joined in holy matrimony so to speak?
Will it be for better or for worse?
Test drive went well and I loved the motor. So smooth. Full MBSH.
You might be better posting this on the "Car Buying" board? Readers cars is for cars people have bought, so you might not get responses to questions like this.Anyone know why we should not be joined in holy matrimony so to speak?

Having looked at the C with this engine variant, and both the E Saloon and E Coupe models with this engine, i cant think of any particular reason why you shouldnt.
Engine variant is a decent combo of power and economy.
I was very impressed with them. In the end, for my specific budget of £15K ish, i preferred manufacturers warranty and a newer car, so went for a 2016 Passat. I still hanker after an E class though...
Good choice.
I nearly bought one last year as the lease was coming to an end on our previous car and I considered going back to owning our main car again. In the end we got another lease, but will certainly revisit that decision at the end of this lease.
I drove the E350 as well as I usually go for the highest performance model, and when you weigh up the fairly marginal increase in performance against a solid and easily achieved high 40's mpg in the E250, it was a no brainer.
