335i Touring and 9000 Aero

Do a fair bit of lurking on here so thought I'd share the current fleet. No supercars or anything new but I love the both of them. Had the 335i for just over a 18 months, had a rocky start with hpfp and abs pumps failing pretty much at the same time. Bmw insured warranty sorted them ,a must on the 335i's I was told, done nearly 20k miles in that time and bar consumables and servicing its been great, uber rare manual as well. Couldn't be doing with an auto, really takes the fun out of driving. Reason I ended up with the BMW was I just wanted a fairly fast/economical all rounder estate as I was previously running a 9-5 aero estate and c5 Audi S6 Avant. No major mods apart from BMW short shift kit and BMW blackline rear lights 
So had the BMW a while and was getting empty garage syndrome, always like to tinker, so when this was posted on another forum I knew I had to have it, always had a love for saabs with this being the fourth. 1996 9000 Aero manual, 150k miles and fsh, and of course those seats, needs a bit of welding in usual 9000 weak spots but certainly worth saving.

1994 Toyota Soarer V8 with rare factory LSD, was straight piped and sounded tremendous. 3 Mps mk 2, Rx8, S13 200sx, Mk1 Golf gti 1.8 and BB4 prelude to name but a few.

Is that your daily and the 9k a weekend car? The 9k looks very well cared for so hope it isn't used for tip runs like I have been known to!

Yes 335i is the daily, only complaint is it's a bit small compared to the 9-5s I've had, actually on the hunt for another of the 335 decides to sell, if they'd done The e60 in 535i guise here id have had one. A 335i must be the perfect all-rounder and not too bad on fuel.

The 9000 is a tinker weekend car and the wife and child actually prefer it to the bm. Mechanically wise very good, compression check was first thing I did, bodywork wise needs a bit of work, waxoyl was hiding a few surprises...
