2017 Mustang V8 manual

After more than a year of silence since I sold my Jaguar XJ6, I found gainful employment in the form of a grad job at a troubled motor company named Ford.
Although I understand that the Privilege Scheme is nowhere near as good as it used to be, I still managed to secure a decent discount, and so was able to justify the acquisition of this 2017 Mustang!
The spec is as follows:
5.0l V8 with a manual transmission
Magnetic Grey
Custom Pack (so the chrome around the windows, silver wheels, sound system, heated and cooled seats and reversing camera)
I absolutely love the car: from the way it looks, to the way it sounds, to the pure savagery of the power. I've had a couple of hairy situations in 2 months and 1500 miles of driving, and I'm only just beginning to appreciate what a car like this can do!
The sound really is the amazing part of this car, and I'm considering a cost effective way of getting a bit more out of the exhaust, not that it is necessarily needed. In addition, I personally think it looks incredible: not as beautiful as my old Jag, but muscular and aggressive. Not a patch on the confused 2018 model in my eyes.
One thing I am asked a lot is how much it all costs in fuel, and the answer is a lot if you are doing small, city trips, but it will comfortably get 30mpg on a motorway, and I have seen 36mpg driving very carefully. 6/7 around town warming up is normal as well though, so there is a very extreme differential!

Stunning things these! Interiors are equally as nice and they look far more exotic than any Ford has the right to look. Great colour too! Our neighbour was selling a US spec one (brought over when he came with the military so very keenly priced as he was going back to the states) Couldn't convince the wife. Some bulls

Big V8's are fantastic on long trips and fuel consumption is generally very good. I find mine is economical if not moreso than the 4 pot BMW i had years ago.
