26 Year old, E46 M3, EP3 TYPE R, Audi A3 TDI Sport content

Hi Folks,
Thought I'd throw up a few pics and introduce myself after years of forum lurking, I'm 26 Years old and work as a sales Executive for Toyota. A brief History of the cars I've owned.
First car I ever bought was a 2005 Ep3 Type R pictured here, I was 21 at the time and saved over a year to gather up £3,500 quid, as it turned out I couldn't insure the car and so I sold it 6 weeks later and made a £1,000 profit
, This wasn't modified to much, after market wheels and exhaust basically.
Next up I did a bit more saving and bought this 2004 DC5 Integra Type R, a hell of a car to start driving on the road with at 22 years old. I spent a good bit on this car giving it a full respray in the original colour, refurbished wheels and sticky tyres, RBC Intake manifold and full exhaust system, lowering springs and adjustable camber arms, this car handled like a dream and I really learned to drive fast in it. I did numerous drag racing events and really enjoyed this car.
After 2 years of DC5 ownership I came across a 2004 e46 M3 manual posted for sale. I ended up striking a deal to swap the DC5 for the m3 with very little cash along with it, which has since turned out to be the deal of the century giving the way m3's are holding value. This has a few mods including CSL front Bumper, CSL boot lid, CSL wheels, K-sport Front Brakes. and only 79,000 miles.
Next up in 2016 I came across a nice spec EP3 Civic Type R with thousands worth of after market mods, again a low mileage example with Clear HPI and immaculate condition, got to be one of the cleanest ep3's around bodywork wise. It's got all the right mods and is mapped on a Hondata k-pro 4 producing 249.9BHP and 183.4ft-lb's of torque, those familiar with k20 engines will know these are really good figures for an engine with just bolt on's.
I also have a couple of daily drivers in the form of a 2001 Opel Corsa 1.0 and this 2003 Audi A3 TDI sport 130BHP, I love the Audi for its Factory Recaro Bucket seats with Lumbar support, a good seat is needed as I drive 500+ Miles per week to and from Work. It also does 54 MPG and is driven at 70mph daily This car also serves as a tow vehicle for my Jet ski activities in the summer, The Jetski I have just got this summer, it's a 2008 Yamaha GP1300R, quite fast at 170BHP 2 Stroke.
That's it for now, I won't be buying anymore cars for a while because having 4 means I'm constantly going through MOT tests and Road tax renewals, the only thing I have a notion for at the minute is a raptor 700R racing quad for the winter.

time for a little update on the fleet, been a few changes.
Still got the e46 m3. The Type R has gone.
there has been a lovely e60 530d which is also gone.
The latest addition is the most interesting.

Not had any trouble over the plates so far, the coppers in Northern Ireland aren't to bad for that sort of thing.
Must live out in the countryside to get away with that daft plate. If you lived in Belfast that plate would have been spotted and you'd have three shiny points and a fine for your trouble.The plates might make more sense now lol.

Fine collection you’ve had there. F10 particularly, one of those is on my radar as the next step in a couple of years time. The E60 looks stone mint as well, don’t see too many about with the LCI sport auto box.
Of course people on here would comment on the plates, typical PH. FWIW I’ve metros on my car as well and have done on previous cars as well, I think they look far better than the MOT font.

I've been tempted by the F10 M5 but , running costs seem high as well as likelyhood of major engine failures.
With some software and basic hardware changes they are very very fast.

The posters who are so concerned about the spacing of the letters on my plates must have some great plates and cars? feel free to show us.
Anyway, I'm 27 and have an f10 M5 and an e46 M3, the goals now are to keep them between the ditches and throw in a few modifications to boot.

From a fellow 27 y/o I must be in the wrong job or living in the wrong place! Not jealous at all ;-)
Just wonder if the EP3 or M3 feel 'slow' when you've been spoiled by turbo power? I wouldn't mind getting a second car next year and I really like the idea of these.

The ep3 still felt fast as it's a tin box with 250BHP. The e46 I very rarely drive so any time I took it out a spin it felt very alive.
The M5 however is on another planet when it comes to acceleration, the ep3 and e46 die off after 100mph,
The m5 is still accelerating as if it's in 3rd gear.
I've only covered a couple hundred miles in the m5 so far in poor weather, can't wait to get the time to give it a proper detail and get a few miles on a dry road.
