Never thought i'd buy a Ssangyong...

Something a little different, built for the 2017 Ssangyong Musso Pick-Up racing challenge. Only lasting one season this one has covered less than 800 (Hard) miles from new!
Factory built racing spec:
- Lightened kerb weight 1720 kg
- Bespoke Safety Devices Roll Cage
- 4x2wd rear wheel drive
- 2.2-litre diesel engine, remapped to produce 205bhp and 375lb ft, gains of 29bhp and 80lb ft respectively
- Seat Belts – Luke harness 6 Point Hans Specific 75/50mm Shoulders / 75mm
- Fire Extinguisher - Lifeline Zero 2000 FIA 4.0 litre Electric
- Proflex bespoke suspension
- Mintex MDB 2823 M1155 Racing Pads
- Light weight rims Speedline Corse 10 x 18
- Avon Motorsport semi slick tyres 265/35R18 ZZR 15672M
- Corbeau Revenge X Racing Seat FIA 8855-1999 Homologated
- Circuit Breaker - Cartek Battery Isolator GT
- OMP racing steering wheel
It's not unloaded of the trailer yet when it is I'll get some better pics if its of interest!

A tyre change and it can go straight on the road, come MOT time it would need a handbrake refitting.If you don't mind me asking... why?

Why... why not lol! It didn't cost a lot of money, considerably less than the reserve on the one you've posted above, and I'm going to alter to signwriting and use it as a promotional vehicle along these sort of lines..

I can't remember the last time I actually saw a new Ssang Yong on the road, the Musso used to have a decent following in the 90's.
A local dealership sells them they had one out front that looked like the abandoned sibling of one of a Citroen Cactus. The price was something daft like £24k. I don't think they sell too many but they also sell Mitsubishi electric jeeps which they seem to shift quite a lot of.
Who looks for a new car with £25k budget and overlooks every other car manufacturer and picks Ssang Yong.

A quick look online and a road going version of this is 15k+ madness!
