Just bought this and got it home. So far im really enjoying it even though its for the wife. Its hard to beleive how well its aged imho it doesnt feel or look like its done almost 140k but its been very well looked after. The wheels are unmarked only bit letting it down is the gearknob and boot handle but easy enough to sort.

I remember driving my uncles brand new 2001 (ish) 130 bhp model, I was 19 at the time and it felt like an absolute rocket.
Finding a good one these days must be hard but I'd have one in heart beat.
If yours looks as good in real life as it does in the pictures you've done really well there.
Enjoy

wavey Fellow TDI owner here. Really good car, hope you enjoy yours as much as I've enjoyed mine. I've done a Euro road trip, Vmax in Germany on the autobhan and just completed a track day too. It's straight back in to daily service with no problems. It's the best and worst car I've ever owned due to running on the devils fuel and not handling well, yet it's sort of fun in a cheap way smile

A brilliantly cheap all rounder, decent power, easy to work on and with plentiful supply of cheap parts!

No DPF to bother with either. Had my 130 for 7 years, its on nearly 200k and still doing the daily duties with ease.

Yours looks really clean in the pics!
