Alfa 146ti....bit of a shed
Discussion
After 3 years away in Wakefield she has come back to me, without the V6 engine she went away for.
I have had fun with an ignis 4grip and a V70d5 in the meantime.
Now outside the house after a trip across the city, twinspark zinging away, Parallel Lines banging from the cassette.
Car is running without balance belt, all aircon removed and a shorter aux belt on, free flowing exhaust, pulls great and sounds fabulous without being to loud or droning, she will need a couple of wipers and some dash bulbs.
Otherwise it’s taxed, tested and insured.
Glad she is back.

Last time I saw one on the road some homeless lady was living in it with her two dogs in an Asda car park with all her stuff in the back.
Must have been Alan Bennett’s other car.https://metro.co.uk/2015/05/22/teacher-is-living-i...

Well saved, for some reason I think the 'junior pepperpot' alloys are one of Alfa's finest, just a tad closer to the 80s than the teledials beloved of 156 owners. Ideal city car given the size and rev-happy twinspark. Love it.
146ti is factory fitted with 5 hole teledials, I sold them as I like these, from a 145 cloverleaf.Wipers done today, £4 for both from home and bargain, fit perfect and work great.
New coolant done, boot trim refitted (so much easier after buying a trim tool kit)
Rear lights were very ‘matt’ bit of g3 and they now look fantastic.
Ordered some cassettes from ebay:-)
