Hi

just thought I would put a link to the rebuild of my 1988 TVR S1 but fitting a 3.0 Jag engine and box.

Fitted an Emerald ecu, junked the Jag inlet in favour of a simpler Alpha inlet along with it's fly-by-wire Throttle Body

Also removed the water pump and fitted an electric one - Pierberg (all BMW 6cyl cars use this since 2000)

If the link does not work then check out the TVR S Series page on here - Cossy sold and Jag bought

Just had the TVR on Kits and Classis rolling road, threw up a few little problems but gives a reasonable 265bhp at 7000 and 240 ft lb torque

Hope to have it on the road in Feb

I squeaked 208bhp out of my S3c all those years ago and that would surprise the 4 litre Griffs / Chims... 260-odd is going to be fun!
