Hi guys, long time lurker here, just thought I would share the latest addition.......

2019 Mini JCW with comfort pack, nav pack, tinted rear windows, mini yours leather and Harmon Kardon.

All wrapped up in British Racing Green IV (subjective as to how true to BRG this is)

Not to everyone's taste i'm sure, but was an ex-demo that popped up, well spec'd and with less than 200 miles on the clock. It had to also be something the wife was comfortable driving.

Rear lights don't look as big when they aren't surrounded by chrome, but do still have an element of 'eyes popping out of head' from some angles.

Full leather wasn't something I would have chosen as it does away with the JCW seats, but when the price difference when compared to new RRP was, well, considerable, I can live with it as the plan is to keep for a while.

JCW stripes going on before collection.

It'll sit with an '04 RS182 and a '17 X-Trail for now.....

Nice looking Mini!

What would list be on something like that? £30k?

You will enjoy that! thumbup

Agree regards the lights and one of the first things I did on my MCS was swap the chrome to piano black. I did the beltline on mine too.

The yours leather seats are really nice I reckon. The car looks really smart. cool

Have fun. driving

That's nice, do like that and wouldn't mind having something like that as a weekend toy in a few years!

I looked at an F54 Clubman JCW All4 in the mini dealership when we got our Cooper S and my jaw hit the floor at the 40k+ price!

That looks fantastic, absolutely love the colour of it... I'd be tempted to leave it stripe free, but looking forward to seeing it post collection to see what kind of difference they make. cool

Its a top of the range Mini with no doubt a good few number of options. How much should it be?

The base JCW starts around £25k and its rival Fiesta ST-3 is £24k. Plus add on options its easy to see where the £30k comes from.

Agree that is the best colour...

A pal has one and he loves it, I have been a passenger in it and it does make a lovely noise !

However, these modern wheel designs ...just not to my taste but wheels are subjective anyway !

So here it is with the stripes added.

It's going back tomorrow as I wasn't happy with the prep, it needs a machine polish as it has been cleaned/polished by hand badly after the stripes were done, hence why I pulled it back under the lights for a full inspection.

You can see the marks on the stripes, I expected some given they are black, but I think the polish they used on the car was also on the vinyl and it doesn't sit well on it. Will see what they can do else they will be replaced/removed altogether.

Plate is owned by me (poor visualisation I know!) and I am thinking of adding it to this, given the car is green.........not sure on that yet so will see.

It’s just the world we live in today, It amazes me too but everything half decent is crazy money.

I was listening to stg podcast and sure they said the new coming RS6 is over £100k!

Same with watches & other luxuries, I guess nearly everyone buys on finance these days and really the £30k/£100k is irrelevant to them, it’s just can they pay the monthly.

Our F54 has stripes (not by us) and they look pretty swirly in the light. They're only a sticker after all. Pull them off if they've not been on long as by the sounds of it they'll always irritate you.

Lovely looking car. The BRG really suits it. thumbup

Will be watching this thread with interest, as we ordered one yesterday (expected delivery early March). We went for black with the red roof and mirrors though, and the same 18" Cup spoke wheels you have (£700 option). Always said I'd never have a black car again too as well smile

I love the comments on the Facebook posting that went up a little while ago!

I didn't pay £30k, not even in the ballpark!

The other cars in the photos are both the same colour, it's BMW's latest take on BRG (the 4th I think), and is under bright lighting here as I wanted to check it over thoroughly.

Whether it's true to the essence of BRG is debatable, but that's the listed colour!

Thanks Limpet. We may wrap the roof/mirrors yet i'm not sure, going to enjoy it for a bit first.

The first 'mod' at the weekend was to swap out the dodgem aerial for the official Mini sport one, with no loss of signal.
