997 C2S & MX-5 Sport Black

The rfn fleet has had some changes over the last year - so thought I'd chuck up a new thread.
In September, I bought a 2011 MX-5 NC Sport Black in Spirit Green, A car I've wanted for quite a while, and the time seemed right. I've done about 2,500 miles in it so far - love it. Lockdown gave me the opportunity to do a complete brake overhaul and a few other little jobs - but I'm a huge fan (it's my fifth MX-5, and third NC). It's not visually perfect but seems mechanically quite sound (& doesn't have much rust...)
And just a couple of weeks ago I took the plunge and sold both my motorbike (Triumph Street Triple RS) & BMW M135i to fund the purchase of this, a manual 2007 997 Carrera 2S. It is everything I dreamed of and more! I hope we have many happy miles together.
