My first AMG - W204 C63
Discussion
Hi all.
I recently posted a thread in car buying about wanting to change my mapped F30 330d to something more exciting.
I wanted something more engaging than the 330d, more than six cylinders and sensible running costs.
I pondered over M140s, S4, Golf R etc but realised that to me there was very little improvement over the 330d but the running costs would be a chunk more.
With that I decided to get the car I’d always wanted, the W204 C63.
It is a 39,000 mile immaculate example with perfect main dealer history. It’s never wanted for anything.
I’ve covered 350 miles since I collected it on Friday and it’s the most Jekll and Hyde car I can imagine. One minute it’s a quiet, refined cruiser and the next it sounds like a DTM car with near supercar levels of performance.
I always knew I needed a V8 in my life, I just didn’t realise how much before buying this.
