Paint To Sample Birch Green Cayman GT4
Discussion
Hello all,
Been on here for a good couple of years and have done a few previous threads but I do tend to change my cars very very frequently so haven’t updated for a while. My new business which I started last year has picked up more than I’d ever imagined. This time last year I was driving a Megane RS250 so things have definitely escalated rapidly and I am forever grateful to now be able to this, it’s a dream.
So. The car. I sold my 2005 Aston Martin V8 Vantage last week after owning it for 6 months, because once I get an idea in my head, I normally just go and do it ASAP. I couldn’t stop thinking about Cayman GT4’s, well, any GT product Porsche tbh, and being as residuals being crazy strong, it made pretty good financial sense and ended up having a lot of cash left over from the Aston. Result!
I picked this up Monday, and wow... I now “get” this whole Porsche thing and why everyone raves about the GT products.

Hi all,
Thank you for such kind comments on the car. I cannot get over the amount of attention it attracts, however I think I’m forgetting it is essentially an aluminous Porsche that’s glow in the dark 😂
Well, first week done with the car, wow, I am impressed. No matter what you’re doing, cruising along, giving it absolute death on a back road, or motorway driving... it’s perfect in all scenarios. I even saw between 35-37mpg on the motorway. Ridiculous.
Met up with my friend today in his new 718 GT4 too.

Stunning car but I may be bias! How many miles has yours done? I ask as I think 34mpg is about the best I have had from mine and that was a very steady motorway drive. It’s not done 10k yet so guessing it’s still”tight”
I agree great cars they just do everything so well. Apart from slopes/ kerbs/ any type of gradient! I have ramps to get mine up and down my drive!
