BMW 330e - F30. Stop/ Start - low battery

Hello
When the battery is below 10% & in Comfort mode does anybody else experience the Stop / Start function continually operating switching between petrol & electric, as there is no battery it switches back to petrol then instantly back to electric in an annoying cycle at low speeds?

Any way to keep the petrol engine running and not coasting
