Hybrid Heaven?

Earlier this week my wife exchanged her Camaro RS:



for a BMW i8:



So far we are both very impressed with the car. Performance is at least adequate with over 350bhp to play with. The electric motor is fine for local stuff, we can get to our nearest town and most of the way back without invoking the petrol engine at all!

The car is nearly as fast as My Mustang GT if pushed hard, yet can be virtually silent when running battery only.

Hers also has a superb interior scheme, apparently very rare:



So far we both love it, although I prefer my GT

I think those seats look lovely, my dogs would wreck them.

Thanks, we chose based on colour combo. Most were boring black interiors. I think this was part of the Limited Edition pack
