New car time, slightly unusual one for the UK but a more common sight over here in Oz.
2015 Lexus RC350 F-Sport, first automatic car I’ve ever owned and very much more grown up than previous purchases! You can’t get the 350 variant in the UK, a 3.5 V6 with 306 BHP attached to an 8-speed torque converter. It’s lovely to be back behind the wheel of a NA motor. Quiet at low revs but has a nice induction howl once past 4k.
I love the rear arches and think the car looks superb in the metal. The interior is beautiful, with the low roofline inside giving it a real sense of occasion that you don’t get in the IS.

I agree about the looks as I have a hybrid version.
I do wish Lexus would get their act together.
If that version was available in the UK, I'd have one in an instant. The RCF does appeal, and after having an ISF, I wanted something more relaxed.
Alas, although still made, the RC in either form is no longer imported.
A 5 litre version of the IS saloon is soon to be released, called an F Sport. Not as raw as the ISF. Again, that's not being imported.

Cheers guys.
Did a fair bit of driving over the weekend and am really happy with it.
The Mark Levinson audio took some tweaking, at first the sound was disappointing with an overwhelmingly forward and centred sound stage. But playing around with the DSP/fader settings, as well as using USB rather than Bluetooth, has made an enormous difference and now I see what all the fuss was about in the reviews.
