Lotus Elise 111s

Hi Guys, bought a new 111s few months back and it is 99.9% fantastic, BUT, I have a mega rattle on the driver's side behind the seat, about ear level. Been told by Lotus it's the water pipe from the engine to the radiator that's rattling. Tried to tape up twice now but it's still there and doin my head in - just means the stereo has to be up loud!!! Anyone had similar rattle, what you done about if have? All helpful comments appreciated.
