After finally moving into our new home with my partner we were on the hunt for a family car that would serve a multitude of jobs:
Needed to have plenty of room for the dog
High driving position
Plenty of luggage space for holidays etc
MPG wasn’t an issue as partner works from home and I have a company car
V8 because why not V8

After looking at a lot of different options I’d settled on a Range Rover only decision was FF or sport so I kept my options open, after looking at probably 10-15 cars I’d realised majority of all black cars had eventually been bought by people who couldn’t afford to run them and would eventually be problematic.

So here we come to the latest addition to the family, it’s a 2015 TDV8 Autobiography so has all the options I could ever want. It was originally an Isle of Man car but was low mileage at 50k and a good price, also was in brilliant condition and local. Enough talking here’s some photos, will get some interior snaps when I’ve cleaned it. 1 month in and hasn’t missed a beat, starts effortlessly and is an incredible drive.

I will follow this topic with a keen eye as I have been searching for the potential replacement for my E63 and these are on the list. I want to tick the Range Rover box and everything seems to point to the 4.4 being the engine to get as the 3.0 seems problematic and the 5.0 would be no better than my current car ( plus I had that in my XFR). I love the spec on your one it looks mega
