Matts Meganes RS250
Discussion
Afternoon fellow pistonheaders, thought I'd start a thread on my current Megane RS250. Some may have followed my old red RS250 build on here or on Instagram @M77MWW but after selling the car and messing around with loads of MK5 GTIs I needed to get back in a Megane. I found this one on a Renaultsport Facebook group at a bargain price so had to have it.
Over the last 10 months of ownership I've had to put my twist on the OG (oyster grey) the car being a non cup meant it had no diff which for the road was fine but as I track mine and take it to the nurburgring a diff was needed
Current spec
Leather/alcantara Recaro Pole positions
AVO coilovers
Advan RZ 18x8.5 et45 245/40/18 Michelin PS4
Cup wheels 235/40/18 AR1s
ZeroPointOne shifter
Endless pads braided lines and Castrol SRF racing fluid
Alcantara steering wheel
Cup diff
Wagner intercooler
Ram Air intake
Forge blanking plate
CGR decat
Res delete
Devil developments map
During the time I had the diff fitted and box freshed I thought it was a great time to give the suspension an overhaul too so....
New swivel hub bearings
Aqua blast hubs
New lower arms and ball joint
New drop links
New calipers from pure motorsport

Cor, that shifter looks the business...
Very nice OP, quite understated outside but upgraded to a very high standard for track use.
Thanks for the kind words. The shifter is a great bit of kit and made and built in the UK. The idea is to try keep the car usable on the road and on the track which it does perfectlyVery nice OP, quite understated outside but upgraded to a very high standard for track use.
