My new to me 73 Chevy Nova

After 14 years with my TVR tuscan that i had restored, i lost all interest in the car after it was away for 14 months or so. I sold it last month after only covering 500 miles since is restoration. Life is to short to own the same car for 14 years. I did run a el camino along side the tuscan for a couple of years and 9 times out of 10 i will pick the keys up to the el camino. I Purchased this nova just over 1 week ago. It was restored in England around 4 years ago and has been sold on a couple of times. It has a 350 built John Sleath engine that has been stroked to a 383,it makes 395BHP and 405LBFT. It is running a built TH350 tranny, that shifts unbelievably smooth. The colour is a modern Ford colour called burnished glow. The car is lowered all round with front coil overs, it actually turns in very well with minimum body role. It still has drums all round but stops well.

I'm hoping so mate, after having my recently sold TVR tuscan restored of the past 2 years or so i could do without another resto

There is a lot to be said for a car that you can just use that someone else has already sunk the money into. Everyone loves a project but you never get to use them as much as you would like to

A thing of beauty , congrats on the purchase it looks mint . No Nova deserves to have it's rear end lowered and as I can't imagine you'll be thrashing it get it risen up maybe even higher than factory .

I actually like the way it sits and it actually goes round bends which is a bonus for English roads
