hi, long time lurker on here, but thought I would share this one.... bought from a friend of a friend, was used as a work van. I needed something for my son to start learning in soon and something for shop and leave at the pub duties. Never had a Toyota, but I know how robust the Yaris's are and are very robust.

Its a great little thing to buzz around in, big inside, great turning circle and every small hatch should have rear seats that can slide backwards and forward, very handy.

Its 2010 1.3 petrol with 100K in good condition, just needs a deep clean, paid £650 for it, which looking at used prices on FB etc is pretty good.

Had a couple over the years as winter beaters, this gen and a previous gen, actually preferred the older one, was a great little car to throw around the lanes, both never missed a beat

I've got a previous gen 1.3VVTI that i bought for my daughter to learn to drive in. Like it so much we've kept it. Really cheap to run, and sprightly enough to be fun

Toyota (used to?) do small unpretentious cars like this brilliantly. Utterly reliable and utterly anonymous - a perfect shed!
