Paint it matt black with a rattle can, drop it onto the bump stops on banded steels - hey presto...

Actually, don't do anything to it. Just cherish it and use it occasionally, then pass it along to the next generation. Looks to be in really nice condition. If you don't have the time or inclination to drive it then pop it in one of those carcoon things and store it somewhere.

make me an offer....i just like showing off the oddball cars i turn up..i end up selling em all...and yup to the plate..iv had it valued..three seperate valuations..one at £250 to me, one £450 to me and one £850 to me...presumeably because that valuation has noticed its both a mbz plate and could do for a porsche 928 S.....

Nothing a set of 24" chrome spinners, a two-level carbon spoiler and a Veilside bodykit wouldn't improve...

drunk

Only kidding. Leave it exactly as it is. If you want to sell it, get on mbclub.co.uk... I'm sure one of them would take it off you.

A very nice car!

Another vote for keeping it as is - it's far too lovely and original to mess about with.

One change I would suggest is to replace that plate with the original one - IMHO I'm not too keen on older Mercedes with MBZ plates, and they belong more on gangsta stylee cars rather than this one ; )

probably better to go to someone who will really appreciate the old bus rather than someone with one eye constantly on the still saw.....
