Hi All,
Bought this about 6 months ago and have been getting it trackready ever since. Main bits include:

Rebuilt mi16 alloy block engine
309 Rear beam
DS2500 pads and brembo discs
Full stainless exhaust (standard size tailpipe so discreet but sounds throaty!)
Extended oil pick-up and deeper sump
Corbeau buckets

Amongst lots of other little bits and bobs that i've had to do to keep it running. I'm currently looking at what cage to put in.... thinking about a full custom job and an interior respray as that's definitely needed soon.

Hope you like!

Don't worry, headlights are on the to-do list! (as are the white rims!)

Looks good, i like the lights on them but they are an acquired taste maybe. Always wish i had a white one, especially for track use. May have a half cage up for sale soon if you are interested?

i am with you - i think they're good. 205's were one of the cars where these were a genuine 'motorsport' conversion (as in the lights were way better than the yellow ste that the standard cars have). fair enough if you want to go back 'stock' but these are a 'legitimate' mod. many consider them to be like 'lexarse' back lights - but they're wrong to.

Dave, how do you run your Mi16 - with a modified dizzy or coil pack ignition? Have you had it dynoed yet?

Looking to do an Mi16 conversion on mine shortly.

Hi sniff,
It's running the standard setup so uses a coil and standard dizzy, I will say tho that the conversion was carried out before I bought it so still working my way through various bits of the car to make sure I know what's going on, elecrics and loom are the one i'm dreading so have been putting it off!

Not dynoed it yet, but has had full rebuild so i'd expect the engine to be close to the 160bhp mark. It's plenty enough for the moment, and had the chance to weigh it last week.. dead on 850kg which was a little higher than i'd hoped!

Here's another pic of the front... the outer lights are wired up for both dipped and main beam, allowing the cold air feed to the intake. Ideally i would prefer the standard look, but I may decide just to paint the headlight units and re-instate the grille to tidy things up!
