My 1973 Beetle 1303s

Hi all
I have just joined & thought I would post some pic's of my pride & joy!

When I got it in Oct.2002 it looked like this


So I had it sorted & changed the wheels so it looked like this


After five years I decided to freshen it up a bit/change the look so it looks like this now


I have also changed the interior from Black vinyl to Cream leather & fitted red carpet & a Woodrim steering wheel!

That looks really nice and tidy.

The only thing I'd be doing is dropping the ride height a bit at the front and sticking some slightly higher profile tyres on the back, but thats my taste!.

The cusions were a gift from the In Law's

I will be lowering it more when funds allow But it all ready has 2" lowered springs on the front! (it looked like it was doing a wheely before they were fitted)

I have 155's on the front & 165's on the rear & don't want to change them to any other size as I like the look & want to keep it looking period. (if that mkes sence?)

No probs mate, added a bit of camber on the rear too for that definitive bug look.
