Bought this about year and a half ago, have been steadily 'personalising' and preparing for the track. Just awaiting KW suspension and some new front brakes and we'll be heading onto the infield asap!

Thanks for all the comments guys. The wheels - well, nobody really knows! There are no manufacturer stamps on them at all?! I can tell you they are 8.5x18 ET52 and 10x18 ET52, but other than that, not a great deal! They could possible be Gemballa wheels which have had the branding removed, or split-rim cup replicas that have had the bolts removed???
Gazboy - the clear rear indicator lenses are from Richard at Protocast http://www.protocast.co.uk/. You need to cut out the amber umit and glue in the clears - makes a hell of a difference though and brings the car band up to date IMHO.
Antihero 3000 - great name! - the car was specced with the M030 options and so far I've done the following...
Replaced Speedline rims with current ones (they looked great but were not the best offset so led to rubbing)
Fitted 924T vented badge panel
Fitted clear rear indicator lenses
Removed rear wiper and motor
Removed all interior, including carpets and sound deadening behind front seats
Fitted bolt-in half roll cage
Fitted Corbeau Sprint seats and Luke harnesses
Made and fitted 'RS' style doorcards
Fitted deep dish suede steering wheel
Replaced original gearknob/gaitor leather
Removed all stereo equipment
Had 968 castor mounts fitted
Removed 'Porsche' script on rear bumper
The PO added the front and side clear indicator lenses and some stainless sill plates and the 3" stainless exhaust
Hopefully getting KWV3 suspension next month, along with new front disks and Performance friction pads!

Do you have any engine work planned for it?
Looks truly lovely. I used to track a 944T, ended up with tricky suspension, mild engine work and possibly most importantly a 968 'box - the 6 speeds really helped, and other than the splined connector on the shaft (which was the devils task), it was easy to fit. The splines part is effort, because the cut of the splines is different on 944 vs 968, although they are the same in width and number, so it does go on after youve lost all the skin on your left hand knuckles.
We found that with P zero c's, the car would roll an awful lot at the rear, so we also ended up with stiffer anti roll bars - again they were quick and easy to fit.
Keep us updated on how you get on with it, from the sounds of it if your car and I met, I'd fall in love with it pretty pronto!
Oh - and 1 last thing - you mentioned removing the sound deadening from the rear, but have a look for the big foamy stuff above the pedal box behind the dash - I had a very scary moment when the glue gave way on a hot day and the sound deadening appeared on the pedals on entry to Tower - not the most ideal place!
