Thought i'd post this up for anyone interested.

Brought it towards the end of last year and been used in a few hillclimbs and sprints in road going class this year.

Will add a few more pictures when ive found them.

Pretty well, in standard trim they're abit slower. But they're more fun to drive because they're just that bit more raw and the standard 8v engine makes a pretty nice noise for its size! But An S1 with a 16v Gti engine is in perfect ( end of this year)!

Lovely car! Slightly off topic but what club are you with regarding the hillclimbs/sprints?

I still love the rallyes, great fun cars, revy, responsive, nice steering feel and yours looks a good one.

I really miss my old S1. Had it 8 years, but sold it 1.5 years ago. Hope its still going well.

i had an S1 rallye when i was 17 biggrin my brother now has one with the GTi 16v engine in, stripped out, 2 buckets, pugsport exhaust. The car is so much fun that i sometimes use it instead of my charged elise! it's pretty rapid aswell!
