Midlands Newbie... hello

Hello all,

Newbie on the site, although i've been reading all the topics for weeks now... some very interesting stuff

So his my ride 330d sport, owned for the last three years and love it. Just so well built.

Previous cars range from Honda Integra's, Subaru's, golf's, kit cars, mini's (old style) and lots of others.

Nice looking car have you remapped it? those 330d's respond well to a good remap

Suprising how quick a mapped 330d can be my best mate had a mapped 330cd last year by D.M.S, 260hp upgrade it kept up with his mates M3 E46I know which one I'd rather have M3 pace and 40mpg ish

Yeah totally agree, mines the 184bhp which takes it to 221bhp and its still doing 48.7mpg... so im really happy with it.

Ahhh another midlands bmw owner! my dad used to have the 320d in that shape, was a fair sight slower than that though!

Whereabouts in the midlands are you from?

I like it - interesting how nearly all E36's you see are Boston Green - but I dont think I've ever seen a Green E46?

Is it a standard colour? Individual option?

i'm not sure if it was offered out as standard, but i like it, being metalic it changes in the light
