Re-sprayed the bumpers on my Corsa. No more grey!

I have just redone the bumpers as they were faded to hell. I am really chuffed with the result and after the pictures were taken a gave it a good T-Cut to remove so runaway black paint splodges and a good polish so it is even shinier 
Prep:
My girlfriend helped me as she said I was crap masking it off.
Look at the front arch and then the rear one
Then this is the result
The bonnet has got condesation on it.
Got a big splodge of crap on it at Oulton yesterday. Was washed this morning in my 3 hour cleanathon. Dont like a dirty car
Also did the door handles. THe Halo type effect around the handle as been T cutted away
And the mirrors

A skip? No, in all seriousness (sp?) I like the idea of 2.0 redtop engine thingymabob but it is the cost and the convertion itself. If I was to put something big in it then it would have to go back on steelies for ultimate stealth!
You'e done a really nice job there buddy. The car looks transformed! Very sharp and in good condition. I had a Ford KA with plastic wrap around bumpers and i did something similar with liquid plastic restorore and super fine, wet'n'dry sand paper. its surprising what doing something like this does to your identification to the car. I ran the ka for 4 years due to finicial decisions, and the robustness of the bloody thing. I always made sure it was well cleaned and detailed. No matter it had a little-old-inefficent 1.3; when it came zipping along down the B roads, you got the feelin that other petrol heads' in *proper* driving cars respected your efforts, i don't know but the odd occasion i definatly acknowledged a nod, or hazzard flash it was because they knew you cared, enjoyed, and made effort with driving well and enjoyabley.

Ran a corsa for a while as a 2nd car too. They are very samey' but have really nicely weighted steering. Its firmer but better assited then the ka.
Your paint work with some hrs spent would come up mint too. Red always gives good results when renovated/detailed and waxed....

Gingerwizard, it is fantastic down the back roads. Leave it in 3rd and juts throw it into the cornors With third, I have the low end spectrum and it will happily go right up to the redline (even though it hasnt get a rev counter but you know what I mean). Also, with it being so slow, I never break the speed limit on my spirited runs And the andvantge of leaving it in 3rd means I can just either lift off or left foot brake so it is a good laugh!

I know exactly this oh so well. ( I never had a rev counter either and wondered sometimes where my shift point was in terms of rpm....) (i do remember thinking she was a bit noisy and looked down horrified to see i was doing 80 in 3rd screaming its nuts off! Such was the wind roar! hahaha ) oh and definatly have a clean licence, that is what i am most grateful to the Ka for. Enjoy buddy.Gingerwizard, it is fantastic down the back roads. I had vision of the whole car being 'heat treated' so didnt like that idea
Thinking about a badgeless grill for the front now as they are only 10 pounds
Also thinking about painting the drums and calipers in lime green to go with the greenstuff pads that are on the front
