Awesome, still don't understand why Honda never sold these over here!

I like it. Alot of owners seem to swap the shocks for coil overs, I'm happy with the way it handles. A bit stiff, but you soon get used to it!

Thanks for your thoughts.smile

Me neither, Honda admit that the UK is the biggest Type R market in the world so why on earth they don't sell them here is a mystery.

Small saloons typically don't sell well in the UK - we love our hatches, so Honda obviously thought that having the 3-door Civic Type-R would be enough.

To the OP, that is one very clean looking car - very nice!

I really like the look of these. It's a shame they were never sold here.

Never been in a dc5. I've always liked them. I had a fn2 type r and prefur this one.

Loving that. Will probably be my next car to replace my pre-facelift DC5, as I don't like the facelift.

I miss my DC5 but the JDM Civic Type R are lovely cars. Shame I gave in the darkside and got something RWD.

Wheels do look great, cant remember the standards now though...
I've gone the same route - white wheels to gunmetal, makes sense!
