I then get out the SLR and grab the 17-35 F2.8-4 that I'm considering purchasing and discover that the autofocus motor is shot. So I'm not buying that lens...

The Four was sold to a fellow enthusiast a few months back. Been looking for the right roller skate ever since (most are going to europe).

I will always miss the way that car could dig all four tyres in and fire you down the next straight. Big chunks of turbo torque are always amusing.
