Hi, I have been lurking around here for ages so thought it was time to post up some pictures of my new (to me) car. This is my 3rd Integra and by far the best one I have had.

It has Mugen gold suspension and a Mugen Twin Loop exhaust. I am going to re-paint the calipers gold, fit a new CAI, new wind deflectors and new Integra type R stickers on the side. Will look at refreshing the mounts and bushes as its 10 years old.

Thanks for looking.

Any comments welcome.

How do you find the Twinloop with regards to sound? For cruising, around town etc - is it too much?

The Twinloop is close to OEM sound until you are in vtec. Its deeper and is really easy to live with. Nothing like a spoon N1. Perfect for me.

That looks completely mint mate, I hope your enjoying it. My mate has a white Jap one, the step in power when the vtec kicks in is hilarious.

These are one of very few cars that could potentially tempt me out of something Italian. I like them a lot. Refreshing to see a black one too, really nice.

Gorgeous car - and nice to see it in black. Is it a trick of the photo, or does the suspension look slightly high at the back?

i always thought they looked best in black although the white is kind of iconic.

the seats look in great nick which is rare and love the wheels in that gunmetal colour.

whats the mileage? im guessing at 70k?

not sure about painting the calipers gold though.

I think it's the angle of the camera and the low evening sun that's causing that.

Is the 'Type Rx' bit a typo or was there actually a Type Rx?

Thanks for the great comments.

No, it is not a typo, it is a Type Rx. The Rx is a last of the line model where they fitted some extra bits. Only on the 2000 JDM models. It has:

  • Tweeter speakers on the door
  • Tinted rear windows
  • Different pedals, they are metal
  • Keyless entry
  • Think the tint on the carbon effect on the interior is slightly different colour.
  • The plaque is numbered and not saying " 98 spec" like most 98 spec models
I think that is all.

Pretty rear in black, I have only seen yellow, white and red Type Rx's.

I am chuffed with it to say the least! It will be staying very close to standard. The gold calipers are OEM colour.

Milage is 75k

Very nice, picked mine up in Easter, one thing that puzzles me with the interior though is why they didn't fit a surround on the passenger side air vent confused, the ammount of people I've had tell me it's missing mad
