Been toying over one of these for ages....been driving a bmw 135i but have an old saab and celica as an every day car the bmw has been through literally 3 tanks of petrol since christmas so In thought I may as well have something a bit more special in the garage!

november '96. 3 owners, 70k with 16 service stamps, hard back sports seats, leather dash and sunroof....just the spec I wanted! No issues whatsoever looks and drives perfectly!

Very much looking forward to getting to know the old girl over the next few months....owners welcome to pitch in with tips! driving

One of my all-time favourite cars, and a great colour too. Oh, and a nice Saab as well!

Any photos from the rear, I love the wide hips on the Turbo bodied models?

Lovely car, I have a fund for a 993 ready, just need to move house so I can garage it.

Should be depreciation proof as well.

Lovely looking car, nice colour combination. Probably the second best 993 hue (after polar of course! wink )

In terms of tips from owners, get her out and give her a good drive on a regular basis. 993s don't like to sit around for too long, they have been built to be driven (and hard).

By far the best 911 shape ever penned, IMO. Truly wonderful, and I love the blue leather.

Fantastic looking car! I wasn't expecting the spoiler on the back, and do love a C2s without it...BUT, it does suit the car. smile

I do think that the car looks best on the left hand side profile, as the directional wheels look like they are rolling forward

Hi Simon

So you bought it! Looks like fun for the summer, although bet you still end up driving the Micra most of the time!

cheers Finlay

Next time you're outside I'm going to need you to take a photo of the rear, with the camera about half a foot from the ground.

It's the perfect angle to view this car from.
