I must be the cleanest person today. I had a bath this morning, then went out on a "run/jog" came back, had a shower, then a hot tub, and then yet another shower.

I thought I was wrinkled coz I was old, but maybe not!

im back its too hot to work in the garden and too nice to do housework.

Jane. i managed just under 3 miles jog/run yesturday so now i've just got to work on my speed. im not into long distance running.

I did three and a half miles this morning, and really enjoyed it. Like you I'm not into long distance running but that amount gives me and the dog some exercise!!

Just been out for some retail therapy to get over not getting onto Boxa!!
