Exhaust for a 996tt

does anybody know if you can get the pse retrofitted to a 996tt

If by pse you mean Porsche Sports Exhaust, Porsche don't do a sports system for the TT, as you have to replace the cats as well.
There are plenty of aftermarket systems, but they aren't cheap because of the racing cats which liberate the extra power. I have a cargraphic system , but purchased it secondhand as I thought the £3k new price rather steep for the returns you get.

...and you'll invallidate the warranty - although Porsche would have to make a good case that it was the exhaust that made the engine go pop.
