Hi

I've been out all day today, and just tried to log onto Boxa but I can't get on.

Is it down just now, does anyone know?

Hi Helen,

Yes it's much quicker across here!!

I don't know about everyone else, but the weather here today is dreadful!! It's bucketing down with rain, and we have thunder and lightning too.

I hope that it improves by tomorrow as I'm doing the Race for Life that Tesco have organised in aid of Cancer Research.

enjoy your run Tomorrow. my daughter did it last year and she was disgusted as most people walked it.

I'm going to run it, but at the end of the day, as long as money is raised for Cancer research it doesn't matter, I don't supppose, how you do it.

It's twice round the park in Kirkcaldy, and I can do it three times, so I should manage ok.

Hi all, yes its too frustrating on Boxa at the mo, tension still high, moral still low, just like being in work... lol

Jane, good luck with the run, hope all that training has helped, mind you did not know champagne was really necessary.

See you all around

Hi Helen and Catsflap,

Thanks for your good wishes for tomorrow. All the training has paid off, as I can do 5K now just fine. Running on champagne is like Optimax v's wine!

My friend and I are taking champagne with us, to celebrate the end of the run, and then back to my house for yet more.

Well I have earned it!
