993 indicator stalk help

Hi Folks, belated happy new year!

Help needed as per title!

Has anybody out there replaced or had replaced the indicator stalk/switch on a 993?

My fault started late last year with the indicators working intermittantly, then worked when I wiggled them, now they don't do anything at all!

The circuits and earth seem fine as hazards etc work, but just no indicators when using the stalk - so I'm guessing it could be the stalk/switch mechanism that is broken inside the column, and needs replacement.

Is it a DIY job or best left to my specialist?

Should be a DIY job I would think. Best place to ask is the nutters (Ahem) on 911uk as I have no doubt they will have a full write up with photos!
