just been out for a fab, bone-dry hoon around Somerset - followed by lunch with my lovely wife @ The Red Lion in Babcary (recommended - log fires etc etc) - followed by a spirited drive back to Glastonbury.

Loving every single mile with the Spyder - life doesnt get much better than this smile for a friday!

Hope you realise what you've done Khushy - all the depreciation mongers are looking at this thread in DISBELIEF. They can't believe you are actually driving your car rather than sitting on the stty Interweb hacking away about depreciation.

Shame on you.

You drove it ??? Now, how much did that lunch cost if you add in the fuel and the depreciation and the wear and tear and the loss off rubber on your tyres wink

My daily is in having a bit of work done, so the GT3s been in daily use this week, school runs an all. The kids love it! (did I say Kid(s) - Oops!!). Dad quite likes it too, parked in among the Galaxes, Vectras and Mondeos, like your going against the grain!

Any excuse to nip on the garage !

My babies are washed, waxed and tucked up on trickle charge until March.

Can't see the point of taking them out in this weather. Although fair play to those of you that do.

Talking of spyders, had a good few laps in a very sorted one around silverstone just before Xmas, bloody perfect balance for a car, so much fun. Although don't know how you live with that wind noise over 70 though !!!

@khushy (OP): well done on actually enjoying your car by driving it (as opposed to just looking at it)! I don't hesitate in taking my 997.2 C4S when needing to drive somewhere. It's a car that should be enjoyed, and life is too short to worry about depreciation!
