Hi

I bought a 99& Carrera 4 gen 1 on Friday and it doesn't have Nav but has the screen/buttons etc. Can you retrofit the DVD player and software to make the system work? or is it ( as I imagine) probably not worth it?

thanks

Don't bother dude - it really is crap. Buy a TomTom or do a custom install from AutoAudio in London who did mine... I got them to rip my entire NAV / BOSE system out and replace it with a proper install:

Probably the best speakers in the world - Morel Elate Ltd Edition:

Pioneer AVIC Head unit - sounds stunning and blows TomTom nav out of the water:

Morel 10" Sub - means I can only date bimbos up to 5'8":

Sinfoni Grave Amps:

...You should hear Michael Jackson at 7000rpm with the roof down on the twisties - EPIC!
