993 turbo faker
Discussion
I was just pondering how over time my tastes in what looks good from the 911 camp over the years has changed.
I used to view the 993 as the most aesthetically pleasant of the old school aircooled and the inevitable resultant trawl through the classifieds brought up this curious turbo wannabee:

notwithstanding the awful wheels - it looks pretty good to me...
how much for a set of turbo twists?

That black car looks a bit schitzo to me
- a narrow bodied 993 with 944 number plate and Boxster S alloys, with a turbo rear spoiler and badge. Someone's added lots of little trims to the switches and door handles, pity they didn't deal with the leather coming away from the passenger seat and clean the driver's one whilst they were at it.
Still, it's not dear and you could always remove the spoiler and change the wheels and have a nice looking car - but as with any it'd need inspecting on a ramp to see what it's really like.
