As much as i love PH, I'm looking for a more focused forum on GT3s.
Can anyone recommend one?

If you're looking for tech info, I'd recommend Rennlist.

scratchchin We're talking about forums aren't we ? What is it you're looking for ? technical info on the cars ? meeting other owners ?

You could try the Pure GT forum, it's by invitation only.

All the above, would also like a place to learn about modifications, and also trade parts.

+1 for rennlist, everything you could ever ask is there somewhere, also renntech for DIY stuff, 911uk has good write ups and info for the UK and Europe, don't bother with 6speedonline.

When the GT3 was first launched it was a very focussed tool and attracted a similar buyer. Often they would bump into each other at circuits and many became friends. At that time the Titanic forum was started and was popular with many GT3 owners. Most were the very hard edged driver that was more at home on the race track than the public road. These days, the GT3 is a car designed to appeal to a far broader church of driver and the proportion of hard edged driver is far more diluted so I think that it would be difficult these days to bring them all together under one forum.

+1 also. Even as a recent member of the 3 quoted, it's true I have read some sarcastic remarks towards PH made on 911uk. Rennlist is good for the technical questions ans suggestions, except for the 6 Mk1 which I believe never officially crossed the Pond, but I stand to be corrected on that.

As above Titanic was the place to go as was the PCGB GT3 section on the clubs forum.
Times have changed and moved on and so have the owners group as Steve says, depends exactly what you are after I guess but "back in the old days" JZM or Parr were very hard to beat GT3 knowledge wise and the club forum never let me down either, pistonheads was also very good for a wider view of things.
I never found Pure to be of much use to be honest, but that was a few years back.
I dont go on the club or PH porsche forum much these days but doubt much has changed.
