OK looked for a GT3 for the last 12 months.
Only one I was interested in was a car at Tom Hartly last year which sold very fast.
last 3 months really looked hard at what was on offer and gave up.
Some may know I decied to keep the TTRS and buy a Porsche Spyder for the summer.
now my perfect spec GT3 comes up for sale at the right price , doh

Typical isn't it, but these things happen for a reason sometimes.
Whether it's to pi$$ you off or to do you a favour I've no idea, but at least you can still look forward to good times in the Spyder and let the search begin again for a '3 later down the line.
Life's still good when you've got some pork on the drive though

I think that's my old car.
Certainly got looked after by me. Was never due a service when I owned it (2500m up 10k m)but was perfect when I sold it.
Might not be mine but its an identical spec. White , Fully black wheels, PCCB, yellow belts and white console. And half leather Carrera GT seats.

And swapped it for a 430 Scud
one of my dream cars, very nice, you will have to give me a go in it :-)
the GT3 spec is rare as hens teeth with those seats. most are full clubsport,or comfort spec those leather/alcantara jobs are the best one's ever.
Every day usable spec with the best seats, a very nice GT3.

I thought it was the perfect spec. When white with black wheels was just getting fashionable (Everywhere now!) But the leather/alcantara adds a bit of cushioning compared to a clubsport and made it a bit snug for me.The previous generation full buckets in the 996 GT3 were more comfy.one of my dream cars, very nice, you will have to give me a go in it :-)

Seats apart, the full clubsport cage etc is pointless in a road car.
Ceramics were pretty great I thought. Delicate at low speeds and super powerful when needed and much better than the Ceramics in the scud.
Having a bit of a run lately with seeing my old cars around or on here. Couple of BMWs that I used to own both on the M25 within a mile of each other but on different days and I think my old GTRs back up for sale too.
