Steering Wheels for a 997?
Discussion
Can tell anyone tell me if a 997 Gen II Multifunction Steering Wheel will fit (and work) on a 997 Gen I with the multifunction wheel?
It's just that I had the 3 spoke sports wheel on my Boxster and the one I currently have feels a little "thin". Having sampled a Gen II, I know the wheel is thicker and more comfortable, so I'm wondering if it'll fit and I can swap it.
Where to source an Ocean Blue version is another question entirely!

This chap could pad and then recover yours either retaining the OEM look or whatever you fancy..

The website shows a few examples and Google will throw up others.

Yes removed it myself,
Disconnect battery, remove airbag 2 T30 torx behind then disconnect plug. Undo nut and pull wheel off very easy.
Thd quality of the work is excellent and I'm hard to please..
Thanks, I will definitely give this a try. I have a few other jobs that need doing first. I'll post some pics when done.Disconnect battery, remove airbag 2 T30 torx behind then disconnect plug. Undo nut and pull wheel off very easy.
