Lovely looking car but seems extremely cheap.

A friend has just had is very good one, but cloth interior valued around £25K, I would expect a very tidy narrow bodied car to go for that price. Of course the dealer just may not know what they are talking about, am also pretty certian there are moren than 250 world wide.

I would add that it might be worth asking on Impactbumper or the Porsche club site.

Looks like a reasonable price,

Maybe this car's interior colour is not the most desirable, so that may be reflected in the price.

Not particularly for this car, but in general it is worth remembering the following:-
First check the engine sounds sweet, gearbox and clutch good, drives straight and stops well.

As always look for rust in the usual areas, that would be my first interest if looking to buy, always look for rust in B pillar and kidney bowl areas.
Second would be verifying mileage, although it should be understood mileage is no guarantee of condion.

Next thing would be the exhaust and heating system as they are really expensive to replace.

Adrian Crawford has an excellent guide which is well worth purchasing

If thats a good car, its a bargain and I would snap it up superquick!

If its not, its not, and I would not.

I think if the truth is known it was never really for sale IMO.

Just rang the mobile number quoted and was told the car had been sold.

Identical to a 3.2 Carrera Supersport I had in Prussian Blue and foolishly sold. Replaced with a 993.

Regretted it ever since !

Out of interest why? I've owned a SS and though I thought it looked great, I wouldn't have thought a 993 is a less enjoyable car to own/drive.

I felt the 993 just didn't have the finish of the Supersport but readily concede that the 993 was a long way ahead in design/performance etc.

However the wide bodied impact bumper cars for me will always be the classic shape for the 911.

I saw the car at a PCGB gathering a few years later. Looked even better than when I had it having benefited from a full repaint.
