As most people are aware there's very limited stock of Pirelli Corsa N0 in Europe.

Pirelli advise me that the correct specification for the GT3 is now:

235/35 R 19 Corsa Directional N1 - Front
305/30 R 19 Corsa Assimetrico 2 N1 - Rear

Anyone used this set up?

I thought the RS ran 325 on the rear.

That's good - any idea on the availability of N1s?

An FYI on the new asymmetrico 2, unlike the previous version there isn't a Left and Right version ie they can be swapped side to side. (Assuming you can find any in the first place!).

I ordered a set from Germany - delivery was just two days for €70 :-)

235/35 R 19 Corsa Directional N1
305/30 R 19 Corsa Assimetrico 2 N1

Much cheaper than UK as well

Could you give the details of where you got them and how much please? I'm needing new tyres and have been looking to get Michelin PS2's but would prefer the Corsas.

Cheers,
Martin

Ebay.de is your friend. I paid €700 for a complete set brand new including shipping.

I think the guy bought them as a spare set for track days but never used them.

Thanks for that Jason,

I will keep an eye on e-bay and hope for the best, 700 euros is ridiculously cheap smile

I'll be after my next set of tyres in 3-4 months and will definitely consider these (I've got Corsas at the moment).

However, I'm tempted to go back to Cups cos it's mainly a weekend car so I can avoid really bad weather if required.

Does anyone know what's changed with the latest Corsas?

Also, what's the difference between the Michelin PS Cup and the Cup+?

Thanks.

The main change between the latest and previous Corsa is as NickUSA said - you no longer will need a different tyre for the left and right rears.

As for the Cups, the Cup+ is available N rated and has an extra groove in the outer block to improve the woeful wet weather handling of the non-plus (which by extension is better in the dry). The available sizes are also different.

That's helpful, thanks.

I found this thread too - http://www.cslregister.com/forum/showthread.php?t=... - which has some pics. It suggests the Cup+ is a harder compound. True?

Would be useful to have a sticky on tyres - who can create one?
