964 headliner replacement

Hi all,

I'm looking at doing a few bits an bobs on the 964 and the headliner is at the top of the list. I read on another forum that all the glass has to come out.

Does anyone have any experience? Can you do it yourself?

Hi folks this is all new to me,just seen your wanting to fit a new headlining to your 964,had one fit to mine a few weeks ago,great job done but had it done by a trimmer local to me,cost a total of £250

no he didnt take the glass out just rolled back the seals spot on job though
