Can anyone recommend a garage for major service around NW London - done some digging and theres a huge spread on what they try to charge, prefer recommendation if anyone has one? Thanks

I use to go to Jaz in wembley but recently decided to use RPM instead. They are a little further out but I'm much happier with RPM.

Have also used JZ machtech in the past. Would recommend them to anyone also.

Thanks - was actually thinking of using Jaz as they are pretty close to me. Will try RPM - why were you much happier with them if you don't mind elaborating?

Give Raj a call at 911SP 020 8208 0464. They are in Neasden, i've not used them for servicing, but other stuff. They have a well kitted out workshop, quite often with some nice metal in there.
Tell them Tino sent you.

Not far from you is Sid's new place www.porsche-torque.com. He has always looked after my 911s, spent many years at Porsche, latterly troubleshooting where their normal techs ran into trouble and knows more about 911s than anyone else i know. Started and headed up RSJ's service dept and has just set up on his own - something i encouraged him to do years ago!

Top bloke from regular servicing to rebuilding engines.
