Oulton Sound Tests - how did you measure up?

Curious to know what the sound test results were - or if you even asked.

Mine just passed at 104db but some cars sounded much louder out on track, especially if you watch the videos, as those spitting flames created some noise

7.2 RS - PSE valves open - 104db (didn't test it with the valves closed, did anyone?)

Cayman with Cargraphic and 200cell Cats = 104db.

I ran the 993 RSR in the am. It s always 103db and has been for the past 3 years. Surprised to find it 107db at 4500 and 108 at 5000. Put wire woll in and it dropped to 102db.

In the afternoon I ran the Gen 2 RS , exhaust closed registered 102db.

996GT3 II, bdized miltek 200cel cats, standard headers and mufflers, scrapped past at 105dB @ 6000rpm.

993 with Dansk sport silencers and 100 cel cats = 102db

I tracked on Saturday. 996 turbo, techart cats / system. 100db. Great news ! Just a shame it's 105 at most other circuits

What flavour Cargraphic do you have?

I've just got the mid sound TETR with 220 cell cats and am concerned it will be "too loud" for some tracks.

Its the TUV sound version which is the middle one

Yes static test @3/4 of redline
