Missing individual memory option (997 PCM)

Title says it all really.
Since upgrading the PCM software on my 997 C2S, the car settings option has disappeared from the PCM. Bit of research suggests it might need some form of attention from a PIWIS diagnostics equipped service engineer to add a code, so it knows that there is a multi-function steering wheel on the car.
It sounds like it should be 10 minutes work but an OPC will charge me an hour...
So, can anyone suggest someone reliable near the south coast? Thanks.
