.... well ish wink

Decided against a '6 GT2/993 Turbo and an orange '7 GT3RS, as the C63 wagon is now on order smile

So...... either a '74 or earlier 3.0 RS/RSR 'homage/copy/evocation' or a 964RS Clubsport, just so happens that GTClassics have one of each, both @£75k ish...... I've driven a version of both (both lhd too) and I still can't decide....

Given a choice, which would you guys go for and why?

Hey Andy wavey

964RS all the way. Simply because it is what it is. A recreation no matter how good, is still a bitsa.

Just my 2p worth.

Either way, nice choice to have. Nice new daily driver too. smile

That is pure porn!!

If you can get that Andy, you've just got to!

As for my search, I'd sort of written it off a couple of weeks ago but I still watch for 964s albeit more casually. Had a leakdown test carried out by Jaz, Wembley yesterday on a very sorted C2 but the results were very poor.
I'm still half tempted but I just couldn't buy a £15k car then instantly spend £5k fixing the motor. Well I could, but my grilfriend would not be a happy bunny!

Summer's fast approaching so I'll probably buy a hot hatch for this years trackdays and sort the 964T. I'll then look for a car again next year maybe.

Anyway, like I say summer's coming! Get an RS bought. smile

Lovely looking car Simon wink tell Stuart I'll give it some thought.

One thing I can't get out of my head when trying to decide between the 964RS and the 3.0RS/RSR jobbies is this;

Can't find a comparable fun vid of an RS, and obviously the engines are totally different in their performance - Maybe I'm old school, but the RSR's do seem to offer that 'something' that I can't quite put my finger on scratchchin
